This is really sad. The 13-year-old girl is now confined to a wheelchair and is finding it hard withholding urine. This was because her randy 55-year-old father molested her repeatedly without mercy! Narrating her ordeal, the girl whose identity is being protected owing to her age, disclosed that she was locked up by her father in a room where he had sex multiple times! The silly man then threatened that she'd die if she ever told anyone about the act.
Fearing for her life, she kept the matter to herself until her mother who was at the time of the incident separated from her father came to her aid through the intervention of an NGO the Tema Main Harbour Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit DOVVSU division. According Eunice Otoo the mother of the girl, she can barely walk and is now confined to a wheel chair. She also has to wear diapers constantly as she has been suffering urinary incontinence since the incident took place.
Mrs otoo is calling for the arrest of her husband so that justice can be served as this is the second daughter he has defiled. She said she has no money to take her daughter to see a specialist as recommended by the medical doctor and is appealing to the public and to the hierarchy of the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) to come to the aid of her daughter.
