A Ugandan newspaper "Red Pepper" today published a list of what it referred to as the country's 200 top homosexuals, outing some who previously had not identified themselves as gay! This is coming a day after the president signed the anti-gay bill into law.
On the list were prominent Ugandan gay activists such as Pepe Julian Onziema, who has repeatedly warned that the new law could spark violence.
