The American music act is in trouble as a lady, by name Diamond is claiming that her 5 year old son is his! As proof that they used to be together in the past, Diamond, released the photo below of her straddling the rapper back in 2007 in a hotel room, where she claims she took a pregnancy test which came back positive and of which the rapper knew about! This was far before Soulja Boy's song “Crank That” became a hit!
Now, according to TMZ, she has slammed him with a paternity suit claiming he is the father of her son called "Portion." Diamond alleges that Soulja Boy took a home DNA test and texted her a picture of a 0% sign and then changed his cell phone number. But says she always knew Portion was Soulja Boy’s son. If Diamond wins her case a judge will likely force Soulja Boy to liquidate his assets such as his luxury vehicles and shoe boxes of gaudy jewelry.
